Beach Yoga and wine tour. Join Jayne Cichon owner of Eastside Yoga for a Pop Up Yoga studio. Start off at the beautiful Sprucewood shores on the beach. We will practice and set our intention for the day. Join Jayne as she guides you on  a wine tour of the county doing yoga at each location and then finally returning for Sprucewoods famous Sounds, sips and bites. Class starts at 11:00 and will cost $25 with partial process going to yoga 4 hope.
