Big and bold this wine starts with raisined red cherry but quickly moves unto darker fruits: black berry, black cherry and plum. Chocolate, followed with faint notes of vanilla and nutmeg. This wine is produced by hand selecting the finest fruit, then slow drying the grapes over a 2 to 3 month period to further ripen and concentrate the grapes. The result is a wine of mind blowing depth, body and complexity!
