Essex County Shipping
We offer free shipping to your door on orders of $85 or more within Essex County. Orders under $85 will be subject to a shipping charge calculated at checkout.
Ontario Wide Shipping
We offer free shipping to your door on orders of 12 bottles or over $150 in Ontario. Orders under 12 bottles or $150 will be subject to a shipping charge calculated at checkout. Orders to the far North (Postal codes starting with P**) will have a $40 shipping charge for orders under the minimums. Full case shipments will cost $20.
Delivery Time
Orders are normally delivered within 2-3 business days. Delays might occur due to inclement weather or increased holiday volume.
Shipping Terms
Delivery times are measured in business days, on orders placed before 11AM. Any orders past this time will be considered the next day.
We do not process orders on weekends or Ontario holidays.
We do not ship to the far North during winter months as we cannot guarantee safe delivery.
Delivery costs include applicable taxes.
We do not deliver to PO boxes.
If access to your location requires an access code or use of a buzzer please include instructions in the order details.
Returns & refunds
At Sprucewood Shores, we want you to love your purchase. Here’s how we handle returns:
Merchandise (Non-Alcohol Items)
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 60 days with proof of purchase.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
Wine Purchases
If a bottle is damaged or defective, contact us immediately and we’ll make it right. If the wine has been consumed more then 10% of the contents, we cannot accept returns.
Events & Tastings
Event tickets and experiences are non-refundable.
If you can’t attend, contact us at least 72 hours in advance and we’ll do our best to transfer your booking (one-time courtesy).
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
