The Hawk's Flight is an annual migration across the shores of Ontario's only beachfront Winery. Hawk's Flight wines are defined by presence, exceptional quality, and limited availability. This wine was produced using a blend of the Ripasso method and Appassimento method for further depth and concentration. Full-bodied and dry, yet juicy and rich with concentrated flavours of black cherries, warm spices, and a lingering smoky finish.
